Nokia Priority

Our shop is over in Wanowarie, at Krushnamrut Park in Pimple Gurav, units 1 and 2. We operate under the name Nokia Priority, though we handle all sorts of phone-related things here. It is a small place with a counter and some glass cases showing off different phone models and accessories. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the back bench with small tools, trying to fix screens or charging ports that have stopped working. It is very detailed work that requires a lot of patience and steady hands. The shop is usually quiet, except for when we have a lot of customers waiting or the television in the corner is on. We have been in this spot for several years now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have a big team; it is just a couple of us who know how these devices work. Sometimes we get people coming in who are very frustrated because their phone died, and we just try to help them out as best as we can. We don't use any complicated technical jargon when we explain what is wrong. We just tell it like it is and let the customer decide what they want to do. It’s a decent way to spend the day, and we like being the local spot for mobile help. We see all kinds of people and all kinds of phone problems.
