Nlyte Software India Llp is based over in Baner, Pune. You can find us on the 4th floor of the Baner Regus building, specifically in Office No. 7 and 8. It’s part of the Pune Metropolitan Business Centre, which sounds a bit more formal than we actually are. The building itself is quite modern, but once you step into our rooms, it’s just a normal workspace. We have our computers set up and plenty of notebooks lying around. Baner is a fast-growing area, so there are always new buildings going up and more cars on the road every day. We use this space because it's convenient and has good internet, which is really all we need. We don’t have a big reception area or a team of people waiting to greet you. Usually, we’re all just busy at our stations. The 4th-floor view is mostly of the other office blocks and the highway in the distance. During the monsoon, we watch the clouds roll in over the city hills. It’s a decent place to work. We don't spend a lot of time on corporate meetings or big strategy sessions. We just look at what needs to be fixed or built and we do it. The commute can be a bit slow because of the traffic on the main road, but that’s just Pune life for you. We’re just a practical software team doing our thing in a shared building.
