We are located in Pune, right near the Kothrud Depot. Our workspace is inside the Bandal Housing Society, Flat 14 in Wing 2. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which is how we like it. We work on software stuff all day. Coding and fixing bugs takes up most of our time. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, except when the buses are moving at the depot nearby. Niyuj Enterprise Software Solutions started because a few of us wanted to build things. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines. We just have our laptops and some chairs. Being in a housing society means we see our neighbors a lot. Sometimes we go out for snacks near the depot when we need a break from the screens. It's a decent area with plenty of places to eat. The work can be tough and the hours are sometimes long when a project is due. We try to keep things relaxed among ourselves. No suits or ties here, just regular clothes. We've been at this building for some time now. People sometimes get lost looking for Wing 2, but once they find it, it’s easy to get to us. We just keep our heads down and write code. It’s what we know how to do. Pune is a good city for this kind of work and we are happy here in this society.
