Nitsa is over in Shrikrushna Colony. It’s right near Darekar Home, which is how we usually tell people to find us. We handle both technical services and some trading work on the side. It keeps things from getting boring around here. Our office is in Thergaon, a part of Pune that seems to grow every time you look out the window. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. It's just a handful of us trying to make things work every day. The desks are usually crowded with spare parts and old monitors we haven't thrown away yet. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Most days we're just in jeans and t-shirts. If you come by, you'll probably hear a radio playing quietly in the corner. We deal with various technical issues and sometimes ship items out to customers. It’s a real mix of different jobs. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and quiet enough for us to focus. Being at Sno. 23/2 means we have a bit of a walk to the main road. We don't mind the walk. It gives us a chance to stretch our legs after sitting for hours. We’ve been running Nitsa for a while now. It started as a small idea between friends and just turned into this. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just show up and handle whatever comes our way that day. Sometimes it's software, sometimes it's hardware. We just fix what's broken and move on.
