Our office for Nitiraj Engrs Pvt Ltd Dhule is actually located at 1217 Kasba Peth in Pune. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history and very narrow streets. Working in Kasba Peth is different from being in the newer suburbs. You can feel the age of the place in the buildings around us. We handle engineering projects and the office is usually cluttered with blueprints and folders. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we like being in this part of town. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group that focuses on getting the technical details right. Sometimes we have to head out to Dhule for site visits, which is why that’s in our name, but Pune is where we do most of the planning. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of chai and spend hours arguing over measurements or material specs. There’s no corporate dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. People in the neighborhood know us as the engineers from the Kasba Peth office. We don't put on any acts. We just provide a steady hand for the projects we take on and try to keep things moving forward. It’s been our base for a long time now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the Peth.
