Our business, Nispero Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, is tucked away in the Usmani Complex. We are in Shop Number 1 on the lower ground floor. It’s in Naya Gaon East. Being on the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler than the upper levels, which we appreciate during the hot months. The complex is always bustling with people coming and going. We handle our pharmaceutical tasks from this small shop space. It’s not a big warehouse or a fancy corporate suite. We just have what we need to keep the business moving. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. We deal with various medicinal products and ensure they get to where they’re supposed to go. Naya Gaon East is a lively neighborhood, and there is always something to see out the door. We’ve gotten to know the other shopkeepers in the complex over time. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We’re just local people running a private limited company. It involves a lot of mundane tasks like filing and checking dates, but we don't mind. The space is a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries, but we make it work. It’s our little corner of the world and we’re quite comfortable here in the Usmani Complex.
