Our office, Nisiki (I) Pvt Ltd, is located at Flat No. 5 in the Mazda Premier Shelter building. This is in Vidyanagar Pune 411015. If you are looking for us, you have to come up to the flat. It’s a quiet building mostly, though you can hear the city noise from the balcony. We’ve been here long enough that the security guard doesn’t ask for our ID anymore. The space is a bit tight because we have so many files and boxes. We deal with various business matters that keep us busy from morning until late afternoon. Pune has changed a lot, but this area feels steady. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just ring the bell and one of us will let you in. We spend a lot of time on emails and spreadsheets. Sometimes we go downstairs to the local tea stall when we need a break from the screen. We don't really have a big corporate culture. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs fixing. It’s an honest way to work. We try to keep our overheads low, which is why we are in a flat and not a big glass office.
