Nirman Engineers & Contractors

Down in Old Sangvi, specifically over at Dhorenagar, you’ll find our office. We are located at 320/21, right opposite the Pallavi Apartments. It’s a busy little corner of Pune. My name, Sushil Patil, is on the paperwork along with the Nirman Engineers & Contractors sign. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while now. The office is really just a base for us to keep our equipment and meet with people who need some building work done. It gets quite hectic around here during the day, with all the people coming and going from the apartments across the way. We focus mostly on local contracting jobs. Pune is growing so fast that there’s always something that needs fixing or building from scratch. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees; it's a smaller team where everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or we have trouble getting the right parts for a job, but we always figure it out eventually. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on. We don't spend much money on fancy furniture or big ads. Most people just find us by walking by or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s just a regular engineering office where we drink too much coffee and talk about deadlines all day long. We try to be helpful and just get the building work done as best as we can for our local clients in the Pune area.
