Niranjan Joshi

My name is Niranjan Joshi and I work out of my office in Jivan Darshan, which is in Narayan Peth. If you know this part of the city, you know how old and narrow the streets are. It’s a very traditional neighborhood. My office is in an older building that has been around for decades. It’s not a modern, glass-walled space. It’s just a simple room with my desk, some old wooden cupboards for files, and a few chairs for visitors. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time. People usually find me through word of mouth. I don't really do any advertising or marketing. I just sit here and do my work. Narayan Peth is a great place to be because everything is so lively, especially during the festival season when the whole street is decorated. It can be hard for people to find a place to park their scooters near Jivan Darshan, so I usually tell them to walk from the main road. I spend my days meeting with local folks and handling their requests. It’s a very personal way of doing business. I like the routine of coming here every morning and opening up the office. It’s not a big corporate operation, just me providing my services from a place I know well.
