Nipolta Innovations Private Limited

Our workspace is in Mangadewadi, at the Dattavihar building. We are in Wing B, flat 301. It is a bit further out in Pune, which means it’s a little less hectic than the main city roads. Nipolta Innovations is where we spend most of our waking hours. The office is basically a flat that we converted so we could have a place to work on our tech ideas. It is nothing special to look at, just a bunch of desks, chairs, and a lot of power strips. We have some shelves with old manuals and a few plants that someone forgets to water. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just care about the innovations we are trying to build. Most of our day is spent typing, debugging, and talking about how to fix things that broke overnight. It can be a bit repetitive, but we actually enjoy the process. We are a small crew, so we all know each other’s habits. We usually take a break in the afternoon to get some fresh air. The area around S No 10/2/7B is quiet enough that we can actually concentrate. We are just a local team doing our best with the tools we have. It is a straightforward operation without any hidden agendas or corporate talk.
