Nilesh Mobile

We've been at Viman Nagar for quite a while now. It’s a small spot, just Nilesh Mobile, but we stay busy enough with whatever folks bring in. Most days it’s cracked screens or phones that won’t hold a charge anymore. Chandigarh is getting bigger, but this little corner stays the same for us. People come in when they’re in a hurry or if their data isn't working right. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything. It's just a counter and a few chairs for when you're waiting. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, so we just tell it like it is. No use promising something we can't do. I usually handle the repairs myself while my brother looks after the customers. It’s not a quiet job, especially when the market gets crowded in the evenings. We see a lot of students from around here. They’re always dropping their phones. We try to keep the basic spare parts in stock so people don't have to wait too long. It’s honest work. If we can fix it, we will. If it’s toast, we’ll tell you that too. Sometimes the tea stall next door is louder than us, but it’s fine. We just keep our heads down and work. It's been a few years since we started here at address number 2, and we're still just doing the same daily things. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop, just a reliable one.
