Nikul Enterprises

You can find us at J-368 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. Nikul Enterprises is basically a workshop where we spend our days getting our hands dirty. The building is a standard industrial shed, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly open space for the equipment and a small partitioned area for the office. We have a few workers who have been with us since the beginning, and we’re more like a small family than anything else. The commute to Bhosari can be a pain with the traffic, but once we’re here, we just get to work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a person to answer the phones. Usually, the phone rings and whoever is free picks it up. Most of our day is spent making sure the orders are being processed correctly. There’s always the sound of hammers or some motor running. We eat our lunch together in the small patch of grass behind the unit. It’s a quiet time before we get back to the noise. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just a small enterprise trying to do a decent job for the people who buy from us. We don't have time for a lot of meetings or planning sessions. We just see what needs to be done that morning and we do it. That’s how things work here at Nikul.
