We are located at G Block on the first floor right above the Renault showroom at Thermax Chowk in Chinchwad. It is a busy area and finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we have been here for a while now. Most days it is just us at Nihwa Technologies dealing with the usual tech stuff and making sure everything runs like it is supposed to. People often miss our entrance because the car showroom downstairs is so much bigger, so we just tell everyone to look for the Renault sign. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular workplace with desks and computers where we get through the daily tasks. We started this because we knew the area well and it seemed like a good spot to set up. Some of the guys have been here since the start and they know the neighborhood inside out. We grab lunch from the local spots around the MIDC area. It gets quite noisy with all the traffic outside, especially during peak hours. Working in Chinchwad means being around a lot of industrial activity, so there is always something going on nearby. We don't really do big meetings or anything, just sit down and work on whatever project is on the table. It is pretty straightforward here. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. That is basically how we operate day to day.
