Action Express Logistics

Action Express Logistics is situated right across from Mahindra Mahindra Gate No. 3 in the Nighoje area. It’s a spot that stays busy twenty-four hours a day with trucks coming and going. Our office is a practical one because we don’t need much to run a transport business. Most of our time is spent tracking vehicles and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. It can be a bit chaotic when a truck gets stuck in traffic or there is a problem at a delivery point, but we just handle it. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our desks are usually covered in manifests and maps. The area around Nighoje is dusty and loud, which is just the nature of a logistics hub. We know the local routes like the back of our hands and we’ve built some good relationships with the people around Gate No. 3. It’s a lot of work making sure things get from one place to another on time. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just about moving goods and keeping the wheels turning. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a big rush of orders. We just keep our heads down and do the job. It’s a straightforward life in the logistics world, and we’re fine with that. We show up every morning and make sure the cargo gets where it is supposed to go.
