Agarwal Cards is over at A/5 in the Dsk Chintamani Complex, right at Appa Balwant Chowk in Shaniwar Peth. Anyone in Pune knows that ABC is the place to go for anything related to paper, books, or printing. It’s a very crowded area with narrow lanes and scooters parked everywhere. Our office is inside the complex, which offers a little bit of a break from the noise of the main road, but not much. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with card samples and stacks of paper waiting to be used. The smell of ink is pretty strong, especially on days when the machines are running non-stop. We have a small counter where we talk to people about what they need. It’s not a large space, so things can get a bit cluttered when we have big orders going out. We’ve been in Shaniwar Peth for quite some time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change, but the focus on printing stays the same. The light in the complex isn't the best, so we have some extra lamps around the workspace. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department; we just handle the walk-ins and the regulars who have been coming to us for years. It’s a family-run kind of vibe where we just do our work with the orders we get. Usually, we are busy checking proofs or counting out stacks of cards until closing time arrives.
