Sana Transport

We are a transport business based out of Pune. We’ve been operating in the city for quite some time now, through all the changes it’s seen. We don't have a fancy office in a glass building; we mostly work out of a small yard where we keep the trucks parked. Pune is a big place and the traffic is definitely getting worse every year, but we know the back roads and shortcuts by now. Our work is pretty straightforward. We pick things up and we drop them off where they need to go. We have a few reliable drivers who have been with us for years and know exactly what they’re doing. They know the roads well and they don't complain much about the long hours. Sometimes the trucks need repairs and that slows us down, but that’s just part of the transport business. We don't do any big marketing or advertising. Most of our customers are just people who have used us before or heard about us from a neighbor. We handle all kinds of loads, mostly local stuff within the city limits or sometimes a bit further out if the job makes sense. It’s a busy life and the phone often rings at odd hours of the night. We don't mind though, because it keeps the business running and the trucks moving. We just focus on being on time and not breaking anything in the back. It’s not a complicated business, just a lot of driving.
