We’re based out of Office No-4 in Manohar Nivas. If you know the Hinjewadi Bridge in Wakad, we’re right near there, close to Rohan Tarang. Freight Solution India is basically us sitting in the office, managing trucks and shipments. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking where drivers are. The bridge area is always crowded, so getting in and out of the office can take a bit of time during peak hours. We deal with a lot of paperwork because moving goods across the country involves a lot of forms and signatures. It’s not the most exciting job, but it’s important to get things from point A to point B. We have a small desk setup and the walls are covered in calendars and maps. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed because of weather or a breakdown, and then we have to spend the whole day fixing the schedule. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a local business trying to make sure the freight moves like it’s supposed to. Our office is simple, nothing fancy, just a place to work. We’ve been in Wakad for a while now and have seen the area grow quite a bit. It’s a lot of long hours, but we’re used to the pace of the logistics world by now. We just grab some chai from the corner and keep the trucks moving.
