You can find Akshar Agro Product Pvt. Ltd. over at No. 74 in the Talwade Industrial Estate. It's close to Nigdi, and the industrial area itself is quite large, so we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses. We've been based here for a while, working on different agro products. The day usually starts early for us because there is always a lot to load and move around. It's an industrial setting, so don't expect anything too fancy when you walk in. We have our workspace set up to be functional. Most of the time, the guys are busy in the back or out near the entrance handling shipments. Being near the Talwade Industrial Estate makes logistics a bit easier for us. We try to keep our heads down and just do the work that needs doing. There are no big speeches or complicated philosophies here. We just produce what we need to and make sure the quality is decent enough for the people who use it. The roads around Nigdi can get a little crowded during shift changes, but we’ve managed to find a good rhythm. It’s a solid place to work from, and we’ve made our space here comfortable enough for the daily grind. We mostly focus on our tasks and try to stay on top of the orders that come through each week. It is just a normal office where we do our thing.
