Nexttechies Systems Private Limited is out in the Dattawadi-Nere area, specifically at Xrbia Dev Gate. We are in building A9, on the first floor, in flat F 106. It’s a bit of a trek from the main Pune city, but it’s a growing spot near 38/2 and 38/3. The pin code is 412115. We have a simple office setup here. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for us to get our work done. Most of the people working here live in the surrounding area or in the Xrbia township itself, so the commute isn't too bad for them. We are just a tech company doing regular system work. We don't have any polished mission statements on the walls. Instead, we just have our monitors and a lot of cables. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the center of town. We usually start early and try to beat the afternoon heat. There isn't much around in terms of big malls, but there are local shops for what we need. We handle our projects one by one and don't make a big deal out of it. It’s a practical office for a practical team. We have some tea in the morning, check our emails, and then just get on with it. It’s a decent, no-nonsense place where we just focus on the job. No one here cares about sounding corporate, we just want things to work.
