Nextpace Solutions Llp is up on the third floor, A-301, in La Valle Casa. The building is located at S No-20/3/7+8 in Bavdhan. A lot of people know the area because it’s right behind the Viva Inn, near Chandani Chowk in Pune. That intersection is always packed with cars, but once you get behind the inn, it gets a lot quieter. We have a decent view from the office. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for our small team to sit and work. We do not have any big corporate signs or fancy lobbies. It’s just an apartment-style office where we handle our business. We try to avoid the rush hour traffic if we can, but that’s just life in Pune. The pin code here is 411021. Most of us have been in this industry for a bit, so we just come in and do what needs to be done. We don't talk much about "innovation" or stuff like that; we just fix things and build what we are supposed to build. It’s a straightforward environment. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but usually, we head out once the sun goes down. There are a few nice cafes in Bavdhan if we want to get out for a bit. It’s a good, honest place to work. We don't worry about being fancy, just about doing the job right.
