Nexsteer Systems Private Limited

Our company, Nexsteer Systems Private Limited, is based out in Vadu Budruk, which is in the Shirur Taluka of Pune district. We are located at Gat No. 1242/1244. It is a bit far from the main city, but we like the quietness of being in the At&Post Vadu area. The office is a practical building designed for the systems work we do. It’s not a fancy glass building like you see in the IT parks. It’s a solid, functional place with plenty of room for our equipment. Most of the people who work here are from the local area, so we have a very community-focused feel. We don't have a big HR department or any complex hierarchies. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. We spend our days working on various technical systems and making sure everything is running as it should. The roads out here can be a bit rough, especially during the rains, but we manage just fine. We have a small area where we eat our lunch together, usually talking about local news or what’s happening in the village. It’s a very grounded and honest way to work. We don't use any corporate jargon or have long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just focus on the task at hand and try to do a solid job. It’s a simple life out here in Shirur, and we are quite content with the way we do things every day.
