We are located at Fl No B-505 in the Swapnagandh building, which is part of S No 15/7/2 & 3 in Pune City. It’s right near Das Agro, which is the landmark we usually give to people who are trying to find us for the first time. The building has a very residential feel to it, which we actually prefer over a cold office park. Working from a flat means we have a kitchen to make our own snacks and a balcony where someone is usually standing to get a bit of fresh air. It’s not a polished corporate environment at all. We have our computers set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. The Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open most of the time unless the traffic outside gets too loud. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have more than a few people over, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in comfortably enough. There’s a bit of a family vibe here because we see the same neighbors every day and the security guards know us by name. We don't have any big signs out front, just a small nameplate so people know they’re at the right door. It’s a simple way to spend the day, focusing on our tasks without too many distractions from the outside world. We just try to get through our work and go home.
