Newik Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is based out of unit 605 in the Nyati Eureka Commercial Complex in Kharadi. It’s one of those big buildings where you can easily get lost if you don't know which floor you’re going to. We are up on the sixth floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though it’s mostly just more construction and traffic. Kharadi has changed so much lately, it’s hard to keep up. Our office is a straightforward space with desks, chairs, and the usual office equipment. We don’t have a fancy lounge or a ping-pong table. It’s just a place where we come to handle the business of the day. Most of us arrive around nine and stay until the work is finished. The complex itself is always buzzing with people from different companies. Sometimes the elevators take a while during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to be patient. We do a lot of enterprise work, which involves a lot of phone calls and sitting at our desks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed among the staff. There isn't a strict dress code or anything, just whatever is comfortable for the weather. It’s a solid location for us, being close to other commercial hubs. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have on our plate.
