New Shri Laxmi Watch Corporation

New Shri Laxmi Watch Corporation is tucked away in the Camp area, right on 2nd B Cross. If you’re walking by and smell the fresh bread from Royal Bakery nearby, you’re pretty much right at our doorstep. We have been working out of this spot for a while, and it’s become a bit of a routine for us. The shop isn’t very large, so every inch of the shelf space is packed with different watch models and spare parts in little plastic bins. We spend a lot of time sitting at the main bench with those tiny screwdrivers that always seem to roll away when you put them down. It’s mostly wristwatches that come through, but every now and then, someone brings in a heavy wall clock that’s stopped working. We open them up, check the movement, and see what’s sticking. It’s funny how people get so attached to their watches, but we understand why. It’s a practical thing that you use every day. The street outside stays busy with people heading to the market, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the tools and the occasional customer asking if we can fix a broken glass. We don't do anything fancy, just the basic work of keeping timepieces running so people can stay on schedule. It’s a simple living and we like being part of this little corner of the Camp neighborhood. We are usually here until the evening when the bakery starts closing up.
