We are located at 6 Sahajanand Complex in Madhav Wadi, which is right in the heart of the Camp area. It’s a busy place with a lot of shops and people moving around all the time. We have been working out of this complex for several years now. Our main focus is on Citizen watches, and we spend our days doing repairs and maintenance. It’s a small shop, but it is packed with all the specialized tools we need to handle these specific timepieces. The Camp area is a great place to be because it’s so central and easy for people to get to. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know our way around a watch movement. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or flashy displays. We prefer to let our work speak for itself. When someone brings in a watch that isn't working right, we take it apart, find the issue, and fix it. It requires a lot of concentration and sometimes it can be a bit frustrating when parts are hard to find, but we usually figure it out. We like the interaction with our customers, many of whom have been coming to us for a long time. It’s a straightforward business.
