New Satnaam Caterers

We are New Satnaam Caterers and we work out of the Pimple Gurav area in Raviwar Peth. We’re pretty close to the Kankaria Hindustan Petroleum Gas Godown, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Cooking for a lot of people is what happens here. Our kitchen is usually hot and smells like spices and onions. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and stirring big pots. It’s a lot of physical work, standing on your feet all day. When there’s a big event coming up, we stay late to get everything prepped. It can get pretty chaotic when we’re trying to load the vans with food containers. We use a lot of big burners and heavy pans. It’s not like a restaurant where people sit down; we just make the food and send it out. Sometimes we go to the venues to set things up, but mostly we are here in the kitchen. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Everyone has their own way of doing things, but we make it work together. It’s noisy and messy sometimes, but that’s just part of cooking at this scale. We just try to make sure the food is ready on time and tastes like it should. That’s our whole day, really. We just keep cooking and hope for the best during the busy wedding seasons.
