New Nagesh Provision

New Nagesh Provision is over at Parvati Phase II, 73/3. It’s a typical neighborhood store where we sell all the daily stuff like lentils, rice, soaps, and snacks. I’ve been running this place for a long time. The shop isn't very big, so we have to use every inch of the walls for shelving. There’s always a stack of crates near the entrance with fresh bread or eggs that arrived that morning. It can get a little chaotic during the morning rush when everyone realizes they’ve run out of milk or tea leaves. I know which brand of cooking oil most of my neighbors prefer without them even asking. The floor is old tiles that have seen better days, but I sweep them every morning. We don’t have a computer for billing; I just use a notebook and a calculator. It’s faster that way for me. The kids from the nearby houses often come in for a single piece of candy or a small packet of chips. I like the chatter and the familiar faces. It’s more than just a shop; it’s where I spend most of my day talking to people from Parvati Phase II. We stay open pretty late because there’s always someone who forgets something at the last minute. It’s a steady life and I’m glad to be here. Nothing fancy, just the basics for the home.
