New Hi Tech

New Hi Tech is our small business situated in Shivaji Nagar, specifically at Zariwala Chawl on M U Rajjab Road. It’s a busy little corner of the world here. We handle various technical things, mostly repairs and helping people with their electronics. The shop itself is part of the chawl, so it has that old-style feel to it even though we work on modern gadgets. It can get quite loud with all the traffic on M U Rajjab Road, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We have some benches inside where people can sit and wait while we take a look at their devices. The walls are covered with different tools and spare parts that we’ve collected. It’s not a very big place, so things can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of work on the table. We aren't a big corporation, just some local guys who know how to fix stuff. Sometimes a repair is easy and takes five minutes, other times we are scratching our heads for hours trying to find the fault. We don’t do any big advertising, people just hear about us from their neighbors or walk in when they are passing through the chawl area. It’s a steady job and we like being right here in the heart of Shivaji Nagar. We keep our hours regular and try to help everyone who comes through the door with a broken machine. We just take it day by day and do the best we can.
