New Digital World

Our place is New Digital World and we are located in Dhanakawadi, specifically Subhanpura 4. It’s an area where everyone knows everyone. We do a lot of things related to digital services and devices. Sometimes people come in because they can't get their tablets to work, or they need something printed out. The shop is full of wires and boxes. It looks a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. Dhanakawadi is a lively place to be. We open up early and usually stay open until the street lights have been on for a while. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign. It’s just a honest place where you can get your tech problems looked at. The neighbors often stop by just to chat for a minute while they are out buying groceries. We handle a lot of different gadgets, not just phones. Every day brings a different kind of problem to solve. One day it’s a broken laptop, the next it’s someone who forgot their password. We just take it as it comes. The air is always a bit dusty from the road, but we keep the counter clean. It is hard work staying on top of all the new stuff coming out, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop, just a useful one for the people living around Subhanpura 4. It is a long day but we like the work.
