New Cell 4 You is situated inside the Kamdhenu Estate, right at shop number 5 in the Mantri Market area of Hadapsar. It is a really lively part of town where there is always something going on no matter the time of day. We handle a lot of mobile phone stuff every single day. People are always coming in with cracked screens or batteries that just won't hold a charge anymore. The market is constantly crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their daily shopping. We keep the shop open quite late most days because that is usually when people have the time to drop off their broken devices. It is a small space, but we have our tools and various parts all organized in the back area. Working in Hadapsar means we get to meet all kinds of different people. Some are in a big hurry and others just want to sit and chat for a bit while we look at their phones. We just try to get the jobs done as they come in. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait for the delivery guy to show up, which can be a bit slow. It is just how it is in a busy market like this. We have been here at Kamdhenu Estate for a while now and we know the other shopkeepers around us pretty well. It feels like a little community inside the market. We don't spend any money on big signs or anything. People find us.
