Netsoft Computer Services

We’ve been running Netsoft Computer Services out of Dnyanesh Heights for some time now. Our office is actually split between unit three and four. If you know where the Shivaji Putala is in Kothrud, you’ve probably walked right past us since the depot is so close. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and receptionists. It’s more of a working space where there are usually parts and cables lying around on the desks. We spend most of our days looking at screens or trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't working right. Sometimes it’s quiet, but mostly there’s the sound of fans humming. People from the neighborhood bring in their laptops when things go wrong. We try to keep it simple. There is no big marketing team here, just us doing the technical work. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much if you’re carrying a heavy desktop tower. We have seen a lot of changes in Kothrud over the years but we have stayed right here. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but the windows let in some air. We don’t have a big mission statement posted on the wall. We just fix what comes through the door and try to be honest about what it will cost. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work for the people around here.
