Our office is tucked away inside the City Mall on Ganeshkhind Road. It's an interesting place to work because you have all the shoppers and the movie-goers downstairs, while we are up here staring at computer screens. The commute along Ganeshkhind Road can be a real nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late to miss the worst of it. We aren't your typical tech startup with bean bags and free snacks everywhere. It’s just a regular office space with desks, chairs, and a lot of wires running along the floor. We spend our hours writing code, checking for errors, and trying to make sure the software does what it is supposed to do. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, and the only break is walking down to the food court to grab a quick coffee or some lunch. The air conditioning is usually blasting, which is a relief from the heat outside. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. It is quiet for the most part, except for the sound of typing and the occasional groan when someone finds a bug they can't fix right away. We don't really do the whole corporate ladder thing; we just focus on the projects we have on our plates and try to get them finished before the deadline hits us.
