Our office is located on the 2nd floor, specifically in Office No 6 here in Pune. Netflex Software Technologies Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporation with a glass building. We just have this one floor where we handle all our business. Getting up to the 2nd floor is easy enough, and once you’re inside, you’ll see it’s a pretty functional space. We’ve got our computers set up and enough room for the team to work without bumping into each other too much. It’s usually a bit of a mess with notebooks and coffee mugs everywhere, but that’s just how we work best. We don't spend a lot of time cleaning up for show because we’re too busy actually doing the work. The building we are in is right in the middle of a busy part of Pune, so there’s always noise from the traffic below. We’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines over time. We don't really do the whole "corporate culture" thing. There are no team-building exercises or fancy retreats here. We just come in, do our hours, and go home to our families. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know each other well and we don't feel the need to use big words to describe what we do. If you need us, we’re probably sitting right here at our desks in Office No 6, just trying to get through the day's list of tasks. That is just how we operate.
