Our office is in Hadapsar, in a unit labeled B-612. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for what we need to get through the week. At Net Guru Solution India Pvt Ltd, we don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We’ve got some computers, a few printers, and a coffee machine that leaks if you don't watch it carefully. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at keyboards until our eyes get tired. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here for some of us, but we don’t mind it too much since the area is quiet. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational corporation with a thousand rules. We’re just a group of people who are good with tech and decided to work together in this space. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoon heat, so we usually have a fan going in the corner to keep things moving. We don't have a dress code, so you'll usually see us in t-shirts and jeans every single day. If there’s a problem with a network or a piece of software, we just huddle around a screen and try to figure it out together. There’s no ego involved here. We just want things to work the way they’re supposed to. It’s a simple setup, and we like the fact that we can focus on our tasks.
