Nerdmonks Technologies Private Limited is located at Kaspate Wasti, specifically at S. No 207/2, RH31 in Nisarg City One. This is in the 411037 area of Pune. Our office is a row house, which gives it a very different feel than a standard office building. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which we actually prefer. We have our desks set up in the different rooms. It makes the environment feel more relaxed. We focus on technology projects and spend a lot of time on development. There are about ten of us on a typical day. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. People just come in and get to work. Being in Kaspate Wasti is convenient because there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We often go out for a quick bite together in the afternoon. The atmosphere in the row house is quiet, allowing us to focus on coding and technical tasks. We have been at this location for a couple of years now. It suits our needs perfectly. We don't feel the need to move to a big glass office building. This place has a bit of personality and it works for us. We just keep doing our thing here and trying to make a decent living.
