About Nephrologist At Jehangir Hospital – Medical & Healthcare in Pune
I spend most of my days here at Jehangir Hospital, specifically in the area designated as No. 18. Being a nephrologist means I’m usually looking at charts or talking to people about their kidneys. It’s a busy hospital, so there is always a lot of noise in the hallways and people rushing around. My space isn't huge, but it has what I need to do my job. People come in worried, and I just try to explain things in a way that makes sense. I’ve been at Jehangir Hospital for a while now, and you get used to the rhythm of the place. The smell of disinfectant is everywhere, and the coffee in the canteen isn't great, but it keeps us going. Most of my patients are regulars because kidney stuff takes time to handle. We see a lot of different faces every week. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking labs and adjusting treatments. I don't have a big team or a fancy office suite. It’s just me and the occasional nurse helping out. If you are coming to see the nephrologist, you just head to No. 18 inside the main building. It can be hard to find a parking spot sometimes, so I usually tell people to come early. We don't have fancy brochures or a website with music. It’s just a medical office inside a larger hospital. That’s the long and short of it for my practice here.
