Our office, Neo Systems & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in Office No 2 of the Avadhoot Complex. If you know where Ambegaon Budruk is, you’ll find us on Pathar Road, right behind Bharti Vidyapeeth. It’s a decent location, though the traffic near the university can get a bit thick sometimes. We spend our time working on various systems and infrastructure projects. One day we might be looking at technical drawings, and the next we’re dealing with vendors or site plans. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass lobby. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on getting the details right. The staff here mostly sticks to their desks, coffee mugs in hand, trying to stay ahead of the deadlines. Being in the Avadhoot Complex means we have a few other businesses around us, which is nice. We’ve been operating from this Ambegaon spot for a while. We don't go in for big, fancy presentations. We prefer to just show what we’ve done. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure different parts of a project fit together. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes we’re scratching our heads over a problem until late. That’s just the nature of infrastructure work. We’re just local people doing our jobs and trying to keep everything moving forward as best as we can. Our office door is usually open for anyone who needs to drop off documents or chat about a project.
