Neilsoftpune

Our place, Neilsoftpune, is located at P1 604 in Oxford Village, specifically the Oxford Premium section in Wanwori, Pune 411040. It’s a nice enough area and the building is easy to spot once you get into the Oxford Village complex. Being at 604 means we are up a few floors, away from the immediate ground-level noise. Wanwori is a bit quieter than the center of Pune, which we appreciate. The office is really just a flat that we’ve repurposed for our work. It doesn’t have the feel of a corporate headquarters with glass walls and uniforms. It’s more laid back. We have our computers set up and a few shelves for our things. The light in the afternoons is actually quite good through the windows. There’s a bit of a walk through the complex to get to our block, but it’s a pleasant enough path. We see the same neighbors every day and say hello. It’s a very human environment to work in. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, someone just gets up and answers the door if someone knocks. We spend most of our time at our desks getting through the list of things we have to do. It’s a practical setup that doesn't try to be anything it isn’t. Just a bunch of people working out of a flat in Wanwori.
