Neilsoft Ltd.

We’re located over at Pride Parmar Glaxy, specifically on the 8th floor at Sadhu Vaswani Chowk. It’s a big building, and Neilsoft Ltd. takes up a fair bit of space in units 10 and 10+A. Being up on the 8th floor means we don’t get as much street noise, which is nice for getting work done. The office is pretty standard, with rows of desks and a lot of computers. We have a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. It’s not a super formal place; you’ll see plenty of people in jeans and t-shirts around the halls. We have a small area where people can sit and eat their lunch, which gets pretty crowded around 1 PM. The view from the windows is mostly of other office buildings and the traffic down below. We spend our time working on technical things, mostly sitting in front of screens for hours at a time. It’s a lot of focus and quiet talk between teammates. We’ve got a few meeting rooms, but they’re usually full of people. The air conditioning is always set a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks. It’s a busy environment, but we manage to stay organized for the most part. We don't have many decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a few notes. It’s just a place where we come to put in our hours and do what’s expected of us. The lobby downstairs is always bustling.
