We are located in Pune, over in Kothrud. Specifically, we are in the Silver Key Co-Op Housing Society, which is on Lane 2 in Happy Colony. It’s a nice, quiet area compared to some of the busier parts of the city. Being in a housing society gives our office a bit of a homey feel. We are in unit number 5. It’s not a massive glass tower. It’s a place where we sit down at our computers and get to work on whatever project is on the desk. Neilsoft has had this spot for a while. The walk from the main road is pleasant because of the trees in Happy Colony. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have our desks, our chairs, and a small area for tea. We don’t have a big receptionist area or fancy logos everywhere. It’s just where the work happens. Sometimes the birds outside are louder than the people inside. We like being in Kothrud because it’s a established part of Pune. Most of us live nearby or have a short commute. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't really do the corporate jargon thing here. We just discuss the technical stuff and move on with our day. It’s a comfortable place to spend eight or nine hours. We’ve grown fond of the Silver Key building and the people who live around us.
