Our office is situated at D-1/4 in Gangapuram Society, right in the middle of Viman Nagar. If you’ve spent any time in Pune, you know Viman Nagar is always on the move. We’re quite close to the airport, so you often hear the planes taking off and landing while we’re sitting at our desks. It’s a small space, part of a nice society, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. We’ve got a few rooms where the team works on various technical projects. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows where the light switches are and who left their mug in the sink. The society is peaceful enough, though the traffic on the main road outside can be quite loud during rush hour. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that; you just walk in and we’re there working. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have a good rhythm going. Viman Nagar has plenty of places to eat, so lunch breaks are usually spent out at one of the cafes nearby. It’s a convenient spot for us because of the location. We just keep our heads down and get through the workload. It’s a straightforward setup for a group of people who just want to get their engineering work done properly.
