Neilsoft Ltd

So we are based over in Viman Nagar at Gangapuram Society. It’s D1, Flat 4. If you know Pune, you know how busy it gets near Symbiosis College, so there is always a lot of energy and students around the area. Neilsoft Ltd has been operating out of here for some time now. It's a bit different from a standard glass office building since it’s in a residential society, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of technical work, mostly engineering-related tasks and data. It gets a bit crowded with all the computers and desks, but we make it work. Most of us have been around for quite a few years. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby. You just come in and find someone working. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up during our afternoon breaks. Viman Nagar is a good spot because everything is close by. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache, but that’s just Pune for you. We just try to stay on top of the projects we have. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing the job properly so the clients don't have to call back with problems. It’s a quiet enough spot inside the society once you get away from the main road noise. We like the local vibe here. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs every day without too much fuss.
