You can find Neilsoft Ltd Pune over at Manik B on Sinhgad Road. We are based in the Shivsagar Housing Society, in Flat No 503-D3. This part of Pune, the Pune 51 area, is always bustling with activity. Sinhgad Road is one of those main veins of the city, so there is always something going on outside. Our office being in a housing society means we are surrounded by families and everyday life. It’s not your typical corporate environment. We go up to the fifth floor and that’s where we spend our day. The space is simple. It was originally built as a home, so it has that layout with different rooms for different tasks. We’ve got our servers and workstations set up where you’d usually find a sofa or a dining table. It’s a bit unusual if you’re used to big office parks, but it works for us. We like the local feel of the society. You see the same people every day and it feels like being part of a community. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls or a receptionist waiting to greet you. We just open the door and get to work. It’s a straightforward setup that keeps our overheads low and lets us focus on what we need to finish. It’s just a regular flat in a busy society where a bunch of us do our daily work.
