We are based in Pune and have been doing this for a while now. It started out as a small hobby and just grew into a full-time thing. Our workspace is usually a bit of a disaster area with beads, paper, and glue everywhere. We don’t have a big corporate office or a shop in a mall. It’s more of a personal setup where we spend our time creating things by hand. Pune is a great city for this kind of work because people still appreciate handmade items. We spend our days cutting, sewing, and painting. Sometimes a project takes much longer than we thought it would, so we end up working through the weekend. Our storage shelves are overflowing with scraps of fabric and jars of old buttons that might come in handy one day. We don't have a fancy business plan. We just keep making things and hope people find them useful. It's a quiet way to spend the day, and we're glad we can do it here in Pune. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions. We just take photos of what we make and show them to people. If they like it, they buy it. It’s a very direct way of doing business. The weather here is nice most of the year, which helps when we need to dry things outside. We just enjoy the process of making something from scratch.
