Heritage World

Started out at 35B in Ganga Vihar a while back. It’s tucked away in Pingley Wasti Mundwa, so it’s not always the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it. We mostly spend our days sorting through stuff and keeping the dust off the shelves. It gets pretty quiet around here in the afternoons, but that’s when we get most of the organizing done. There are a few of us who have been working here for years now, so we know where every single item is hidden. Sometimes people stop by just to look around and ask questions about where things came from. We aren't really a huge operation or anything like that. It's just a small spot where we keep things that have a bit of a story to them. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with more traffic out on the main road now. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what’s right in front of us. Some days are busier than others, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for everything. It's a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and moving furniture around. We don’t have a fancy showroom, just this space in Pune where we do our thing. If you’re ever walking through Mundwa, you might see us out front. We’re usually just busy with the day-to-day tasks that keep a place like this running.
