Neerai Hospital

We are located out in Saswad, which is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main part of Pune. The hospital has been a part of this area for a while now. It is a local place, and most of the staff grew up around here or in nearby villages. We don't have those shiny glass walls like the big city hospitals. It is just a sturdy building that does the job. Most days are pretty much the same. We see people for all sorts of things, from minor injuries to bigger health issues. The wait times can vary depending on the day, but we try to get to everyone eventually. Since we are in Saswad, we get a lot of people coming in from the surrounding farms and smaller towns. It feels more like a community spot than a cold medical facility. We talk to the families and know who is who. The floors are clean, the beds are ready, and we just keep things moving. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the patients who are physically here in the building. It can get loud sometimes, especially on market days when the town is busy. We just stay here in Maharashtra doing what we do. It’s practical work. We go home tired but it’s a living. Nothing too complicated about it.
