Neel Hydro-Tech

Our office is located in Sadashiv Peth, specifically at Flat No. 1 in Janaki Apartments. It’s 1315/3B, right across from the Bharat Natya Mandir. It’s a bit unusual having an engineering-type business in an apartment building, but it works for us. We use the space for all our planning and the paperwork side of the hydro-tech work. It’s a quiet spot compared to a big factory. Sadashiv Peth is a busy neighborhood with a lot of history and narrow lanes. Finding a parking spot can be a real challenge some days. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. It’s just a regular flat where we do our business. Most of the time we are out on-site, but this is where we come back to get the drawings done and handle the phones. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us here. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We're just local people doing our jobs in a part of the city we know well. It’s practical and it keeps our overheads low, which is how we like it. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze while we work. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the work as it comes in.
