Being in a residential apartment building means it’s quieter than the main road, which we appreciate when things get busy. Pune is always moving fast, but inside our flat, we just focus on the projects at hand. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of people in suits. We usually just wear what's comfortable and get to work. The space is filled with our gear and whatever we’re working on that week. We moved into Flat-301 because it had enough room for the servers and the desks without feeling too cramped. Sometimes we grab lunch nearby and then head back up to finish the day’s work. The 411033 area has grown a lot, but we’ve kept our setup pretty simple. We don't see the point in overcomplicating things. We just handle the solutions part of the business and make sure the paperwork is filed correctly. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We like the light that comes through the windows in the afternoon. It’s just a regular office for regular people doing their jobs in Maharashtra. We don't have much time for anything other than the work itself.
