We are located at Ramelex House in the Dangat Industrial Estate, out on NDA Road in Shivane. This part of Pune is always moving, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. Our building is on survey number 81/2. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly involving industrial work and various parts. The floors are hard concrete and the ceilings are high because we need the extra space for the equipment. It is not a quiet place by any means; there is always something being moved or a truck pulling into the loading dock out front. We have a team that has been together for years, so we all know who is supposed to handle what task. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we keep the big fans going. We aren't doing anything fancy or complicated. We just show up, check the daily schedules, and get through the tasks. There is a lot of metal and wire around the shop. Sometimes we have meetings in the small office upstairs, but usually, you will find us down on the floor making sure things are moving along. We have seen the area change a lot since we first moved into this estate. More buildings have gone up and the traffic has definitely gotten worse, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same.
