Nandigram Farms Llp

We are based in a small village called Boribel, which is part of the Daund taluka. Nandigram Farms Llp is basically just our way of life out here in the countryside. There isn't a whole lot of excitement in Boribel, but we like it that way because it gives us time to focus on the land and the crops. We grow various things depending on the time of year and how the water situation is looking. Daund can get pretty dry, so we are always keeping an eye on the wells and the weather reports. It’s not a fancy operation with modern computers or anything high-tech. We mostly rely on what we’ve learned from years of doing this and what our elders told us about the soil. Our days start before the sun comes up and usually end when it's too dark to see what we're doing anymore. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate goals. We just want to make sure the crops grow well so we can provide for our families and the people who buy from us. It’s honest work, even if it’s exhausting some days. You get used to the dirt under your fingernails and the way the seasons dictate everything you do. We don't really have a proper office; most of our business happens right out in the fields or by the side of the road when we’re loading up the trucks for the market. It’s just us doing what we know.
